Community Involvement: Dr. Nishikawa provides care to a panel of medically fragile children at Kapiʻolani Medical Center for Women and Children. She was the previous coordinator of the ambulatory pediatrics rotation, helping pediatric residents connect families to a wide array of community services for children. She has received the medical student outpatient teaching award. Additionally, she is a Pediatric Interest Group faculty advisor at JABSOM.
