Clinical Interest: Dr. Lau's clinical interests include acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, and improving patient compliance. She also has an interest in quality improvement.
Community Involvement: Dr. Lau is the Division Chief of the Pediatric Specialty Division for the HPH Medical Group and JABSOM Department of Pediatrics. She is also Chair of Utilization Management, Medical Director for Case Management, and physician advisor for Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women and Children. She is a member of the KMCWC MOC and CME committees, and the JABSOM Pediatric Residency Program Evaluation Committee. She is past treasurer for the Hawaiʻi Chapter of the Academy of Pediatrics.
