Community Involvement: Dr. Len is the Medical Student Director for the Department of Pediatrics at Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children. She is also a JABSOM PBL tutor. She is involved in several additional medical education, research, and quality improvement projects. Dr. Len is the JABSOM junior faculty representative for the Council of Faculty and Academic Societies with the AAMC, chairs the JABSOM Pediatric Medical Student Curriculum Committee, serves as the current chair of the JABSOM Curriculum Committee and is also the Longitudinal Clerkship Director for JABSOM. She is active in medical student and resident education. She also serves on multiple hospital, department and medical school committees. She is also a resident advisor, faculty advisor for the Pediatric Interest Group and serves as an advisor for students interested in a career Pediatrics.
