Community Involvement: Dr. Okado is the Vice-chair of the Pharmacy and Therapeutic committee and a member of the Infection Control, Maintenance of Certification, and Simulation Task Force committees. She serves as a Problem-Based Learning tutor for medical students, facilitates courses for handoff training and simulation training. She is Vice-President of the Hawai‘i chapter of the Society of Hospital Medicine.
